Scope
This policy explains how Neural AD Yedek, the internal backup tool of Neural Technology (Neural Global Ltd.), uses Google account data. Neural accesses Google account data only for this tool.
Data accessed
The tool requests a single permission: Google Drive "drive.file". With it, the tool can only see and manage files it created itself; it does not read, list or change any other files in Drive.
How the data is used
The files uploaded to Drive are nightly backups of Neural's own infrastructure (its Active Directory server) and are encrypted before upload. Access to the Google account is used only to upload, keep and, when needed, restore these backups.
Sharing
The data is not sold, not shared with third parties and not used for advertising.
Storage and security
The access token issued by Google is kept only on Neural's own server and is not passed to any other system.
Revoking access
You can remove the access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Google Limited Use
Neural AD Yedek's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
